Magnel Laboratory

The Magnel Laboratory for Concrete Research is part of Ghent University and is strongly involved in scientific research and services, including technology transfer. The lab performs fundamental and practice oriented break-through research in cementbased materials and structural concrete. One of the research fields is structural health monitoring, including the use of fibre optics.
