Our innovative test and measurement products utilize unique optical-fiber- sensor technologies that enable extremely broad-bandwidth or high-speed measurements. Our miniaturized, fiber-based sensors do not contain any metal components, making our test instrument non-invasive to sensitive devices being measured. Further, the purely optical links between the front-end sensors and main instrument ensure the highest level of immunity from any electromagnetic interference.

AFS is currently expanding its product line from our principle electrical test and measurement instruments so that we can include other applications such as thermal and mechanical probing.
