sponsored by National Nature Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Chinese Optics Society (COS), and the Institute of
Electrical and Electronic Engineering (IEEE). The conference intends to provide an important forum for reporting the latest
progress in optical and photonic sensing technologies, and a premier opportunity for scientists, professionals and industrial
communities to share and exchange their ideas and R&D experiences.
Guangzhou is an exciting and vibrant international city located in the southern part of China. It is one of 24 historical cities

world's highest TV and sightseeing tower with a height of 620 meters. This tower is monitored by a sophisticated structural
